Is it really free, or free until you change your mind?
Really free, for one guide with one environment of up to thirty children.
There's no card on file and no trial clock. We make money from school
accounts — a guide who never upgrades costs us very little and is exactly
who the free tier is for.
Do I need my school's permission?
You're recording information about children, so check your school's policy
first — that's your call, not ours, and you know what your families agreed
to. Plenty of guides start with their own classroom record; some schools
prefer to adopt it together, which is what the school account is for.
What happens when my school joins later?
Your workspace merges into the school account with your consent — children,
observations and history move as they are. That's the whole point of doing
it in one transaction rather than asking you to retype a year of work.
Is this a gradebook with Montessori words pasted on?
No, and it's built so it can't drift into one. There are no letter grades,
no class averages, no ranking of children, and nothing decays. The planes
are Montessori's own — 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 — checked against the source texts
rather than invented to fit a chart.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads the observations you wrote and helps you with them: a first draft
of a conference report, a read on what's happening in the environment,
suggestions for what to present next. It never sets a level, never moves a
child's map, and never sends anything to a family. Twenty actions a month
on the free workspace.
Which planes does it cover?
Nido and toddler through Adolescent/Erdkinder — ceilings at 3, 6, 9, 12 and
15. First-plane rooms get milestones and a care log; Elementary gets going-out
plans and the work journal.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — PDF growth reports for any child, whenever you want, on the free plan.
It's your record of your work.
