Co-guides work from the same observations, leadership sees every environment, and families receive reports the school publishes on its own terms. It's the same growth map your guides can use free in one classroom, made whole.

Some of your guides may already be keeping their own free workspace. When the school joins, each one merges in with the guide's consent: children, observations and history move as they are, nothing gets retyped. Admissions pipelines and tuition billing stay in the tools built for them; SproutMap is the classroom record, done properly.
Your guides post an update and photos to the whole class, or tag particular children and only their families see it. Families sign in with the accounts the school invites them to, leave a heart, and there's no reply thread to manage. The feed sits beside the record and never touches it: nothing posted there moves a child's growth map.

July and August are always free. Billing follows the school year: ten monthly invoices, September through June. A six-classroom school runs $285 a month.
